Robinson Lighting ships across Canada, offering convenient standard shipping options for our online customers. We do not currently provide international shipping services.
Enjoy Free Shipping On Orders Over $199
For online orders exceeding $199, we offer complimentary standard shipping. Orders not meeting this threshold are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $25 for standard delivery.
Please note that a flat-rate cost of $150 applies to orders bound for Yukon Territory, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Newfoundland.
Order Processing Time
Once we receive your order, our team typically requires about 2 days for processing. You may receive an email from us to ensure you have all the necessary bulbs and lighting accessories for a smooth installation process.
Orders submitted over the weekend may be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time Frame
In-stock items sourced from our warehouses generally arrive more swiftly. If you prefer, arrangements can be made to pick up your order in-store; however, confirmation is necessary. Please reach out to [email protected] for verification.
Non-stock items typically arrive within 1 to 4 weeks after order processing. Our team will contact you to provide an estimated delivery date and a tracking number.
